Exactness of the Product 

The images of the items on the website and previews are for illustrative  purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours and shades accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s or mobile's display shows them accurately as they are. Your items may vary slightly from those images. All sizes and measurements of items are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are accurate as possible. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of items are as accurate as possible.

Pricing 

We ensure that all details of prices appearing on the website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. The products available on the website are for retail sales, intended for end user consumption and is in no away available for resale.

Additionally, prices for items may change from time to time without notice. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. The price of an item excludes GST (Goods & Service Tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as a seller. Please note that the prices listed on the website are only applicable for items purchased on the website and not through any other source.

Delivery

You will be given two delivery options. We are delivering free in all over India and an estimated delivery time is displayed on the order summary page. If you need a fast delivery only then we take delivery charges. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by e-mail and SMS. However, we will not be able to compensate for any thing caused due to delay in delivery.

Date and signature and Stamp

All Art products from will contain signature of the artist. For painting, Sketch and Landscape, the signature will be the name of the artist inside the art in a corner and date of art completed below the signature.And a Artaum stamp in upper corner of art which has some Artaum information.

Copyright Policy 

• By ordering at our website, you agree that the copyright of the artwork remains with us. You reserve the right to personal use only.
• You agree and acknowledge that you do not have any right to recreate similar output, resell or advertise the received output.
• You agree and acknowledge that Artaum reserves all the rights to recreate similar outputs of your order.
• You agree and acknowledge that you do not have any objection in artaum using the artwork of your order for registration of copyright.
• Artaum may register for copyright at times to protect its content creation of artwork.

However, Artaum does not reserve the right to reproduce the artwork containing your images without your permission.

Breaches of these terms and conditions

Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, or if we reasonably suspect that you have breached these terms and conditions in any way, we may: 

(a) send you one or more formal warnings;

(b) temporarily suspend your access to our website;

(c) permanently prohibit you from accessing our website;

None of our employees will ask for such confidential Information for any reasons.
